Gilbane and WarrenBuilds have released four bid packages for the OPACY Renovation Project. Packages 1-4 include projects either scheduled to begin in July 2025 or at the start of the off-season in November 2025. All projects will be delivered prior to the 2026 season in March.
The Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovations Project Package 4 is associated with the new Press Club, Writing Press, Upper Press, Scoreboard, and Club level Renovation projects that will be scheduled to begin mid-year 2025 (July 2025) as well as the off-season in late 2025 (October/November 2025) to be delivered prior to 2026 season (March 2026).
Gilbane Building, along with Warren Builds, in its role as Construction Manager, invites interested Trade Contractors to bid on the bid packages listed below:
Bids are due on July 25, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm. Late bids will NOT be accepted.
Requests for Information (RFI) are due by July 18, 2025, by no later than 2:00pm.
Interested bidders may contact Vanessa Ellis with Gilbane Building to be added to future bidders lists and invited to bid. Bid invites and documents will be shared directly through Procore. All bids must be submitted directly via Procore. E-mail submissions will not be accepted.
