Prequalification for Oriole Park at Camden Yards Renovation Project

Gilbane | WarrenBuilds has partnered with COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics for industry-leading prequalification services. COMPASS advocates for subcontractors by providing a platform that addresses historical concerns, such as duplication of efforts and lack of feedback. Through the 1Form, subcontractors can prequalify with any CM/GC who participates with COMPASS. By registering, you will be prequalified for all future projects with Gilbane Building Company.

To complete the prequalification process, you will need:
  • Completed 1Form Application
  • Current W-9 form
  • Three (3) years of Accrual Basis Financial Statements
  • Current Experience Modification Rating (EMR).
  • If you don’t have a current EMR Rating, enter 1.0 and provide an explanation letter from your insurance agent (e.g. company is too new (< 3years); company does not have enough Worker’s Comp Premiums; company’s scope does not qualify for an EMR).
