Through strategic advisory services for minority and women-owned businesses, along with long-term financial guidance for entrepreneurs, investors, and nonprofits, Harbor Bank fosters sustainable growth and economic empowerment within the communities it serves.

PNC Bank - Minority Business Development Group

PNC established the Minority Business Development Group in an effort to deliver products, solutions, and resources for the fast-growing area of minority owned small businesses and to promote their effective growth, development, and sustainability. The Minority Business Development Group offers business owners the expertise of dedicated bankers, advocacy partners, and technology designed to empower, educate, and accelerate success. To fund this plan, PNC has pledged to use a portion of their $88 billion Community Benefits Plan to support the Minority Business Development Group’s work to bolster economic opportunity. Through this, at least $26.5 billion in loans is going towards small, low to moderate income, minority, women, and veteran owned businesses.
